The basic process on Boxes was this:
The SP 404 has 12 sample pads per bank.
I decided to split each bank in half = 2 tracks/beats per bank (7 banks used in all on this production)

Each track/beat = 6 sample pads total
2 pads for drums, 1 pad for bass, 2 pads for composition, 1 pad for voice

Everything was sampled through the SP 303 and into the SP 404.

Produced as a continuous-take SP 404 and KP3+ live mix, recorded into the 2488.
