This was recorded in 3-straight days in the late summer of 2003, which was the very first weekend I had moved into a new studio on Holly St. in Bellingham. After 2 years of living on N. State St. right above the old 3B Tavern and The Factory, the title "1218" signifies my old street address. A friend named Dan that I went to college with at WWU had started a media distribution company in Seattle, and had asked about purchasing some beats/tracks for a client's project. I was pretty motivated, and pumped out these songs within a Friday-Sunday period. This collection was in the mail that Monday.
